About Julie Karges

Born and raised in Orange County, Julie Karges brings a wealth of entrepreneurial expertise to First Team. Growing up aboard the 118-foot ship Pilgrim of Newport, built by her parents, Julie developed a lifelong passion for coastal living. Her love for residential property development is further demonstrated by her role as a partner at Shipwright Homes, a general construction company. She specializes in waterfront homes and estates, driven by her rich local history and cultural appreciation. Notably, her family owns one of the first cars registered in Orange County a 1909 Buick which Julie, at age 16, navigated to victory in the Great American Race, earning her the title of the youngest navigator ever.

 

As the founder of Julie Karges Marketing, Julie has worked with notable clients such as the OC Marathon, the John Wayne Cancer Foundation, Electric Bike Company, Sgt. Pepperoni's Pizza, and the Newport Beach Fire and Lifeguards. Her expertise in digital and video marketing provides her real estate clients with a significant edge in today’s digital landscape.

 

Julie’s business acumen and deep-rooted passion for Orange County drive her creativity and dedication to her clients.
